01Coverage
What we check
We review Shopify authentication and sessions, selected cross-store authorization paths, webhook and app proxy verification where applicable, requested scopes, exposed secrets, TLS and public ports. If source access is provided, we also run dependency and secret checks.
The review combines manual checks with permitted automated tools, including our in-house AI-assisted analysis for Shopify-specific patterns. Every reported issue is verified manually.

02Deliverables
What’s included
One app, one environment, one backend/API, up to 20 agreed endpoints and two test stores. You receive a PDF report with scope, findings, evidence, priorities and limitations, plus a 30-minute walkthrough and one round of follow-up questions within 10 business days.
03Fit
When to choose this service
Choose readiness when you want a focused review before submitting an app or after a significant change. If Shopify has requested an independent VAPT after an incident, discuss the Shopify app Incident VAPT instead.
04Limits
What this review does not cover
This is a bounded readiness assessment, not a comprehensive penetration test or a guarantee of Shopify approval. Incident investigation, remediation and retesting are not included.
